Chasity Phillips is a mental health therapist who specializes in helping young people and adults heal, grow and move forward from life’s most painful difficulties including trauma, intense emotions, and challenging behaviors. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and childhood behaviors. Chasity utilizes components of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, play therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
