Dana provides counseling and psychotherapy for adults.
Dana works with clients who may be experiencing difficulties with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, co-dependency issues, stress, and life-phase transitions. Dana’s approach to therapy is holistic and eclectic. She comes from a Humanistic and psychodynamic perspective, but also incorporates rational-emotive, solution-focused, existential, transpersonal, dream work, and positive psychology approaches to therapy.
Strategies used in therapy are individually tailored to meet the needs of each client. Dana has specialized training in trauma, EMDR, grief work, CBT, DBT informed therapy, dream work, mindfulness and meditation.
