Relationships are at the core of human interaction, whether engaging with family members, significant others, co-workers, or individuals in your community. I will assist you in learning boundaries and mechanisms to maneuver through rough times so you may be a healthier, happier person. Asking for what you need is often difficult but is an important part of improving your health and well-being. Therapy is about you and what you hope to accomplish. My focus is to meet you where you are, come alongside you in your challenges, and walk beside you as you learn to become who you want to be. I offer couples counseling and family therapy with the same focus.
In our therapy sessions I will assist you in understanding your thought processes, beliefs, and emotions that effect your interactions with others. Learning about your thoughts and emotions leads to understanding your behaviors which provides knowledge and the catalyst to change.
My goal is to help you live a happier, healthier life, whatever that may look like to you.
